Again we have updated our list of CAD drawings for mobile cranes. New available are now sideview and topview for:

In preparation and available on short term are CAD-files for the telescopic crane AC 1000/9 from Terex-Demag.

This week we received the final printing approval for the new crane guide of US-based crane rental company AmQuip. By the end of the week we are going to start the preparation of the printing data. The equipment guide contains dimensions and load charts for their current fleet of all terrain cranes, hydraulic truck cranes, boom trucks, carry decks, rough terrain cranes, crawler cranes and tower cranes.

Amquip Crane Rental was just named the third biggest crane rental company in the US according to the current ACT100, the US-listing of crane rental companies published from KHL. The leader of the list is Maxim Crane Works followed by All Erection & Crane Rental Corp.

By the end of this week we have added the CAD topview and sideview for the LTM 1400-7.1 from Liebherr to our stocklist. As usual the drawings for the telescopic crane can be delivered as DWG or DXF. Drawings for further mobile cranes are in progress.

Today we have started into the final stage for the preparation of this years issue of the International Crane Rentals Directory. Our current task is to check the big pile of entry forms the worldwide crane hire companies have refaxed us with their amendments and to update our crane hire database. The new issue – no. 8 – will be available approximately in the end of July.

Last week we received a new order for the making of a crane equipment guide. We obtained the crane list and information for transport vehicles as well as information for additional equipment by email. Our new client is a group of crane hire companies located in the northern part of  germany.

The order comprises the setup and printing of a spec book for several mobile cranes and heavy haulage equipment in DIN A6 pocketbook size. In the first step we are now going to prepare a layout-proposal for the content pages.

This week we have prepared for printing the new crane guides for Nordic Crane Group from Sweden and Norway. On Monday the final approvals where made so that the printing machines can now be started to produce these books. With a printing volume of nearly 3.5 million pages this is the biggest single order in the 15 years of our company history. In June the equipment guides will be delivered as DIN A6 pocketbook and DIN A4 ringbinder.

Already with the first approvals of the single cranes we have delivered the load-charts for the mobile cranes as PDF-files. They are now available for download from the companies webpage. Some more PDF-files will be delivered in the next week.

Nordic Crane Group is a merger of the scandinavian crane hire companies Stangeland and Kynningsrud. Also part of the group are several smaller crane hire companies from Norway and Sweden. All together they have around 30 locations with an impressive fleet of telescopic cranes up to 500 tons, lattice boom cranes up to 750 tons, crawler cranes up to 600 tons, special harbour cranes and heavy haulage equipment.

More current projects:

We are awaiting the printing approval for the new crane guides of Amquip and Bay Crane from the US on short term. Already delivered in the last weeks were the updated and reprinted equipment handbooks for Cologne based crane hire company HKV, for Schares from Bocholt and a DIN A4 Ringbinder and CD-ROM for Van der Tol in Utrecht.

In the week before Bauma I had the pleasure to go for a short trip to my beloved Ireland for a customers visit. We have already offered the making of an equipment handbook in the end of last year and now it was time to discuss all the details for the content and the layout. Thereby we have another big and international operating crane hire company on our reference list for crane guides.

Only short time after the CAD-drawings for the Terex-Demag AC 500-2 are ready for delivery, we have also finished the CAD crane drawings for its counterpart, the LTM 1500-8.1 from Liebherr. Both the sideview and the topview for the telescopic crane are available as DXF-file and DWG-file. You can get a single file for 65 Euro, the complete package (side- and topview) for the crane is gettable for 125 Euro.

The next crane in preparation to be available as CAD crane drawing soon is the new mobile crane LTM 1350-6.1 from Liebherr.

During the last days we have finished the preparation of the CAD-files for the AC 500-2 from Terex-Demag. Scaled topview and sideview for this telescopic mobile crane are now available from stock as DXF and DWG-file.

Also added to the list are the drawings for the GMK 6180 from Grove, which we have already delivered to a customer from Canada.
