Manitowoc at CONEXPO 2005
Manitowoc Crane Group is exhibiting products from its entire crane line at this year’s CONEXPO 2005 being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, from March 15-19. The company will have a total of 14 cranes, 12 of them new, on its 3530 m2 (38,000 ft2) booth in the outdoor Gold Lot, Stand #440, including three brand new machines and a number of units making their first appearance in the US. In addition to the lifting equipment on display, Manitowoc will have areas dedicated to Manitowoc Crane CARE, its industry-leading after-sales division, and CraneCREDIT, its financing arm. There will also be a training simulator on the stand, on which visitors to the booth are encouraged to test their lifting skills. This year’s event marks the first combined trade show of all four Manitowoc Crane Group product brands in North America. The company comprises crawler cranes from Manitowoc, mobile hydraulic cranes from Grove, tower cranes from Potain, and boom trucks from National. The units on display at this year’s CONEXPO are:
