6000SLX
500 t crawler crane from Hitachi Sumitomo
Japanese crane manufacturer Hitachi Sumitomo has recently launched a new crawler crane. The 6000SLX has a rated capacity of 500 tonnes at a working radius of 6 meters. The maximum main boom length is 108 meters, maximum boom configuration with a luffing fly jib is 72 + 72 meters. The crane will be officially shown in April 2009 at the Intermat in Paris for the first time. The 6000SLX is worldwide distributed except of America where it is offered as Link-Belt 548. The Link-Belt version was already shown at Conexpo in Las Vegas in March 2008.
